How I Started
From leading multi-million dollar projects in Canada to empowering tech start-ups in Morocco and Togo, Jessica's diverse experiences have shaped her understanding of change for good. Her remarkable work was recognized in 2018 when she received the esteemed Canadian Red Cross Young Humanitarian Award.
Certified as a PMP, ADKAR Change Management, and Six Sigma professional, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge to her endeavors. She holds a Masters in International Business from the Hult International Business School and a BPhil in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies from the University of New Brunswick.
In 2022, Jessica founded The Change Agency, a platform that supports organizations navigating change. The Change Agency’s vision is to be the trusted partner for every organization navigating change- powered by passionate change agents who are deeply connected to the industries and initiatives they serve.
